3 spirilized zucchini.
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/2 an onion
1 garlic clove
2 red bell peppers
1/4 cup walnuts
Sometimes I'll add 1 jalapeño de-seeded.
The dish is topped with cut tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado.
