This Ruby Blouse by Suvin Shop is a Pintuck Bib Sheer Blouse + Camisole and what I would consider  a delicate piece of vintage-esque wear. This top can be found at YesStyle.

Comes in Pink, (as shown above) Ivory and Mint Green. Mint green for me! Unfortunate for you, as I'm unable to download photos of the mint top from the website. Or rather they are not download-able.

The top is sheer and therefore a camisole is underneath.
