These yummy Cherry Pie Cupcakes were made by blogger Pink Polka Dot Creations. They were made using a Betty Crocker filled cupcake cake mix. The blog's author explained; "I simply opened a can of cherry pie filling and put that on top of the cupcake and then used the canned whipped cream for the whipped cream."
