Oh how I could cry. Sanrio and Hooters Restaurant have apparently teamed up in Tokyo.

For whatever reasons Hooters in Tokyo thinks Valentine's Day should be celebrated at their establishment. Apparently the way to do that is to promote it with Hello Kitty.
