Peanut Butter Cupcake Topped with a Heart Shaped Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich with Gold Edible Sprinkles!

It's been about two months that I've been aware of the glorious and insane talent of cupcake maker, seller, and blogger Amanda Cupcake . I'm delighted to post her cupcakes any chance I get. Amanda describes the below cupcakes as "A Peanut Butter Cupcake. Peanut Butter Frosting. Swirled with Strawberry Jelly. And a Sandwich. Lunch & Dessert all in one." Notice how the tops are covered in edible glitter! Oh how I adore glitter!
