Before I posted this, I saw a comment on a tumblr account that said this image looked like a who woman is performing fellatio. Why is that so many are intent on suggesting that a woman eating almost anything at all is knowingly or unknowingly participating in something that suggests sex?
I do not know what the artist meant to portray. For all I know she might very well intend to convey an erotic image. I however, see a whimsical girl, almost a woman, who is messily eating something that I would like to be eating. It looks like what she's eating has a bow. Her eyes tell me that she is confident in her being. Confident in her childlike nature and confident in her maturity. She is not focused on what she is eating or how sloppy she is eating it but is content enough to enjoy it. Her nakedness is of no importance to her and the reason for her state of undress will be unresolved.
