I work in a psychiatric hospital and therapeutic treatment center as a psychiatric social worker so these cupcakes put a smile on my face.



I am fortunate to work with amazing patients every day.

I wonder if the resistant patients would take their anti-psychotic meds if they were placed on a cupcake. Hmmm..
