dried citrus slices

I have always found fruit to be beautiful. Dried fruit is not only yummy in taste and texture but another form in which to admire it aesthetically.

In fact I have purchased several products from Glitterlime.com. Gliterlime sells dried slices of various fruits which are then glittered and resined and used for jewelry.

Apparently they have other uses. Some use dried citrus slices to put in water to add refreshing flavor, others stew them in a sugar and place them on top of desserts.

Any way you decide to go about it is a celebration of natures gems.
