Bad Boys

I'm loving this. I've never ever understood as to why some women have sought out "the bad boys". I hated the "nice guys finish last" mentality, as I have always wanted the nice guy. Wanting the bad guy has always been backward thinking to me.

    I posted this on facebook and received comments there as well. I know that there are sensitive men out there who do not trust that women who say they detest the bad boy are actually being truthful. I understand their cynicism. I think the bad boy image is appealing to some women because a bad boy can be a symbol of a protecting man, but really he is an unstable man giving into patriarchy. The idea that men have to uphold a standard that is not a one size fit all model.
