Some of you may be wondering if consuming the sugar that is naturally in fruit might be bad for you. However, when you eat fruit you are getting some sugar as well as some nutrients and vitamins from the fruit you're eating. For this reason, it is better to eat some frozen fruit instead of a candy bar."
