I can't even begin to tell you how much I want this right now. I'm a huge fan of almost anything peach. Peach yougurt, peach ice cream, peach muffins, peach cake, peach colored clothing and I imagine this peach cupcake tastes great as well. In fact... I actually wish I had a peach to eat right now.
These pretty peach things are from Seattle's Cupcake Royale. These are seasonal cupcakes and the August flavor of the month. The peach cupcakes are made with a vanilla buttercake which is filled with diced peaches and topped with peach vanilla buttercream.
