Head on over the Etsy.com and look up Viva La Craft as she is selling Viva La Woman menstrual calendars. She is selling them for $3 dollars each. I must say these are pretty cute and bold.
Viva La Craft posts that the purpose of these calendars is not only to keep track of a monthly period cycle but also to reflect pride on how a woman's body works. Sounds healthy to me.
